The donation from Lush came at a crucial time for us at CAFT as we had just finished our rabbit farm investigation (www.rabbitfur.org) and had put together lots of information resources such as leaflets, factsheets, posters, reports and DVDs and, being a small grassroots organisation, were unable to fund them fully. With the help of the donation from Lush and their customers, we were able to print thousands of full colour leaflets and posters to give out free to local anti-fur groups to help fight the fur trade in the high streets. We were also able to disseminate our findings by giving out free DVDs ( to groups, students and shops selling fur) which really does get the message across about the realities of the rabbit farming industries in Europe. Any money left over from this donation has been put aside for our next lot of investigation work, so many thanks to all those who donated to us and watch this space!
